Why does my dog throw up without warning after eating, but seems fine?

Hi my dog is on day three of randomly throwing up without warning, she will be lay down and then it just pops out her mouth. No heaving or wretching, it's only been once a day, and usually an hour or two after food. The vomit is chunky. She is happy in herself and showing no signs of illness or distress. Should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 8 lbs
