My dog won't eat, shaking, clearing throat, head tilted. What to do?

My dog, a terrier, is behaving out of character, she won't eat and is shaking. She has been trying to clear her throat and sometimes holding her head at an unusual angle. Is there anything I can do for her before I can get her to the vet tomorrow. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 8 months old

Poor Ziggy. It sounds like she is pretty sick. Is there anyway you can get her to an ER vet now? That would be best for her. If you cannot, offer her water but withhold food for now. Keep her warm and comfortable, and get her into a vet first thing in the morning. Best of luck.
