How often can I safely give anti-heat pills to stray cats long-term?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

I live in place near wild big grass field and people from the big city came here often to throw out their pets from car,now again there are 4 sisters cats around 1 year age and they were all in heat last month, they are wild and nobody want to take them,I only go and throw them some food,my vet gave me anti heat pills to put in their food but this month they came in heat again, the vet told me to give them again pills but I don't know is that safe for them, could I give them so often these pills?

I can understand your concern. Please repost your question with the name of the pills your vet gave you to give these stray cats. Please keep in mind also that this message will not be saved, so a bit of background will still be needed so that we have the full picture here. Thanks and we look forward to hearing back from you soon! : )
