Pet's info: Dog | Brittany | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 1 month old | 44 lbs

Hello, my dog is a brittany spaniel 4 years old. The last month he twice received strange pain in the legs - first on the back, then on the front leg. As he walks, he suddenly collapses and can not step on it, obviously hurting him. At first I thought there was a thorn, but there was nothing. In both cases, the condition passes for about 30-40 minutes, then he runs and acts as normal. What are the possible reasons?

That seems very unusual. I would be suspicious of a seizure, syncope, or a pinched nerve. I recommend to have him examined by your veterinarian who may be able to find other clues to point to a diagnosis. Best of luck.
