My dog has bumps on his head after a cut. How do I treat them?

My dog recently got a cut on his head and now these two bumps appeared under the cut and in front of it behind his eyes. What are they and how do I get rid of them? Pet's info: Dog | Staffordshire Bull Terrier | Male | neutered | 3 years and 3 months old | 80 lbs
