My kitten threw up, got weak, and lost her eyesight. Is it serious?

Hey there.. I got a kitten who is less than 4 months old. After a nap she woke up and throwed up.. Became weak and was resting her head down as if she was going to die. After a couple of minutes she lost her eyesight & couldn't see me. I suddenly gave her some milk. And was sure she was going to die. But after 2-3 hrs she got up and started moving around but was blind. Again after resting for another hour she got her eye sight back... What is happening to her.. I am kind of spoked

That sounds serious! Your kitten may have had a seizure or an episode of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Both of these are highly unusual in kittens. I recommend to have her examined by your veterinarian for some bloodwork today. Best of luck.
