Why does my dog have a chin bump, swollen nose, and shake his head?

I don’t know what’s wrong with my dog my mom took him out for a walk yesterday and then she showered him and once I got back home his nose was red but then later it was swollen and then this morning I seen that he had a small bump under his chin what can it mean ? And he keeps shaking his head and twitching his ears more. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 years and 5 months old | 7 lbs

I would recommend having him evaluated by his regular veterinarian; a swelling under the chin can be due to a variety of things, including an infection, an insect bite, a trauma, or the development of a growth, among others. I would recommend having his ears and the bump evaluated, and any further treatment he may need worked out from there. Good luck!
