Puppy has red, growing bumps around eyes. Is it acne or infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Male | 2 months and 24 days old | 4 lbs

My puppy has what I think could be dog acne. Please take a look. It is growing by the day and it’s now getting under and around his eyelids. No, my dog does not want to scratch his face, and the bowl he eats out of his ceramic. Please let me know what it is.

Thank you for contacting Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach with your question about Leo. Poor boy. It could be he has acne, but it could be as well he has a skin infection. Pugs are prone to skin infections due to the wrinkles on their face. Without seeing him in person, I can't say for certain. I would take him into a vet on Monday. The vet can diagnose what is causing his skin problems, and can treat him. Best of luck.
