How do I get a health certificate for my emotional support dog to fly?

Hello! I am traveling with my dog (he is a Dogue de Bordeaux puppy -4 months old). He is an emotional support animal and I need to get a health certificate for him. Can I do this with you guys? Is there anything else I need to get from a vet to be able to fly with him aside the certification that says he is emotional support? Thank you very much for your time. Pet's info: Dog | Dogue de Bordeaux | Male | unneutered | 45 lbs

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! You have to take Ryo to a vet to get a health certificate. They have to examine him within 10 days of travel to issue a certificate. That is not something we can do through this website. A certificate for emotional support has to come from your personal doctor- not a veterinarian. All we can do is validate health status.
