Why is my 4-week kitten twitching, moaning, and having accidents?

What can I do for my kitten? She is around 4 weeks.... She is potty trained but can't hold the potty so she goes on herself and she is twitching.... She is also making moaning noices. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

This is not normal behavior. Even kittens will not urinate or defecate on themselves. It sounds like she is sick and I recommend to have her examined by the veterinarian. The doctor will check her for an infection and also check to make sure her nervous system appears to be formed normally. Make sure to bring in a stool sample for a parasite testing as well.
