My 6-year-old dog is lethargic. Is she depressed or just aging?

Could my dog be depressed or just getting older she’s almost six? She’s eating her food not just as excited about it as she used to be she’s very food motivated. Loves her walks and toys when the mood strikes. But she seems to lay around a lot more sometimes alone and sometimes with us. She just seems different and a little off was wondering is 6 old? Depression? What can I do?

6 isn't very old for a small dog. It would be best to have Kiwi examined by a vet just to see if there could be something going on, such as dental disease, arthritis, diabetes, or other internal illness.
