Why is my dog lethargic, eating slower, and won't chew bones?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 4 years and 9 months old

My spayed five yr old pittie mix, is acting lethargic, her tongue sticks out slightly ...she eats, but slower, and dorsnt want to chew on her bones for about a week now..i dont see any teeth broken..she drinks the same amount of water, good poops nothing visible, urine looks clear. She eats dry dog with a little wet, but slower

It could be dental disease that is below the gum line. I would recommend that you have Lacy examined by a vet to see if this could be the issue, since there is clearly something going on. Until then, I would not offer her bones or very hard things to chew on.
