Pet's info: Bird | Conure | Male | 22 days old
My 3 week old baby Sunconure has watery eyes. I got him when he was a week old, when I did he didnt open his eyes which i found unusual. Later I realized he doesnt open his right eye at all. We figured it was an infection so we searched up what to do on the internet since we do not have vets here. We use warm water and green tea to rub on his eyes. It has worked and he opens them now. But lately his eyes have been very watery, so much so that droplets of tears fall sometimes when he blinks.

I would discontinue the green tea rub as it may be irritating his eyes and causing the excessive tearing. Simply keeping the eyes clear with a wet washcloth is best to help keep them open and clear. If the tearing continues, or you see discharge that is discolored green or yellow (indicating an infection), it should be checked by a vet near you if you can get to one.
