I have a female hamster thats a little over a year old. Last Sunday we noticed a red bulge pertruding from underneath her. Monday it disappeared then returned on Tuesday and is still visible. Can you tell me what this could be ? If its normal? If not what do i do?

Thanks for reaching out about Coco and including photos. This appears to be some type of prolapse, either urinary or reproductive, and is not normal. A veterinary visit s recommended. Monitor straining, urine production. Good luck.
