My dog has a red, scaly, raised spot on his chest. What is it?

Found a strange looking lesion on my lab’s chest today-it is raised, red and scaly looking. He does t seem to be bothered by it. I had seen it a week or so ago, but at that time it was flesh colored-now very red

I would recommend that you have Guinness examined by a vet. This is a little odd, and doesn't look like any typical thing I see routinely. It could be caused by bacterial infection or ringworm, or could be related to a deeper infection, autoimmune disease, parasite, or even cancer.
