Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 12 lbs
This has been on my dog for about a month and now I notice its starting to bother him and making it red and worse. It was just a pink bubble

I would recommend having this examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. The veterinarian can take a sample with a small needle and view the cells under the microscope for a better idea of what this is. It might be a benign or malignant tumor.
