Should I worry if my puppy's paw shakes after scratching or itching?

My pup was itching itself and I noticed his front left paw shaking for about 4 seconds. After that he was his normal self. Should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Chow Chow | Male | unneutered | 3 months and 24 days old | 64 lbs

Hello, congratulations on you new puppy. Its likely he was just having itchiness and there by scratching. After scratching, some dogs will shake their paws normally and you should not worry about it. If Chico has more severe or persistent trembling/shaking then have him seen sooner. Hope this helps and best of luck.
