What if my spayed dog has two incisions instead of one? Is it normal?

Female 7/8 month old mutt just spayed this morning. Picked up around 4pm. Finally got her settled and noticed she has two incisions next to each other? Have never seen this before. Our vet is gone already. What could this be?

Call your veterinarian in the morning to ask to be sure. Some vets will tattoo pets that are spayed/neutered (permanent identification). The incision on the left appears dark, maybe a tattoo? Your veterinarian should be able to explain. Care for both incisions will be the same. I hope this helps.
