It's impossible to brush my cat's teeth no matter how much I try. What are some alternatives I can use to clean her teeth? I've heard of water additives, dental treats, and powders

Yes, there are other things you can do at home which may help but I do encourage you to continue trying to brush the teeth. You may need to start slowly (with one canine tooth) and gradually build up. Here is a link to the American Veterinary Dental College.
