Pet's info: Cat | Scottish Fold | Male | neutered | 3 years and 6 months old
My cat has started about 5 months or so ago meowing constantly. Sometimes at his toys, sometimes at our feet and other times just walking around the house or laying down he just meows at nothing. He doesn't appear to be in pain or in distress. He is eating and drinking normal he has no weird smell when he uses his litter box. I just need to know why he is doing this all the time. Should I be worried or do does he need to see a vet.

Just like humans, some cats are more vocal than others. There are many reasons cats will meow: https://www.petcoach.co/article/top-6-reasons-why-cats-meow/ If Frey appears completely normal, you may try enriching his environment to see if he is bored: https://www.petcoach.co/article/7-signs-your-cat-is-bored/ Here is a great article about cat's instinctual needs: https://www.petcoach.co/article/why-every-cat-needs-a-place-to-climb/ Using a Feliway diffuser, setting aside 30 minutes a day for vigorous play or using a food puzzle or kibble dispensing ball may also help. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.
