My dog sniffs car leaks. Are spilled car fluids dangerous for dogs?

hello, this might sound like a weird question but sometimes my dog sniffs that circled part of a car because there’s something there (probably pee, since he then also wants to pee there), but i’m always afraid that it’ll be something else dangerous. i don’t understand a lot about cars but if something dangerous was spilling from it, it would likely come from underneath and not the front right? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 20 lbs
