My bird has a white spot on its eye. Is it an abscess or a feather?

Hello apparently there was a problem with my question. I noticed a white thing on naokie's eye yesterday its just one eye do u think its a disease or just a little feather ??

Thanks for reaching out about Naoki and including a photo. By the picture, this could possibly be a small abscess on the eyelid edge, possible a meibomian gland abscess. Monitor for now as are often self limiting, but if persists, seems to bother him or gets larger, a veterinary visit is recommended. Good luck.

    The spot may be a corneal ulcer or infection. This can be due to a trauma or foreign body. Either condition should be evaluated and treated by your veterinarian or an experienced avian veterinarian. If you notice scratching or rubbing, you will need to fashion a protective e-collar (cone) to prevent further trauma.
