Dr My pet dog Kali has developed what looks like an infection on her skin which is causing hair loss under her neck I. The region under her collar.It does seem itchy and red. I am using vetachlor-m is miconazole nitrate and chlorhexidine glycolate spray.The itching does seem to have reduced.My regular vet is on holidays and he had prescribed this a few months earlier for some hair loss and itch My doggy is s mixed breed.Could I continue with this spray?

Poor Kali! Yes, you can generally continue that spray unless the lesion starts getting worse. You may also want to wash the lesion and rinse it well once a day for a few days. Wait until it is dry to apply the spray. You also need to protect it from any scratching. If the lesion is not significantly healed within a week, have Kali examined by the veterinarian.
