Hello m priya from malaysia i have a puppy that named sakthi.Since two week before his hair losses so much. Can i apply baby oil to his hair so that hair falling can be stopped

Hello and thank you for your question. It is unlikely that baby oil will stop the hair from falling out. Pet’s lose hair for many reasons including fleas, skin mites, allergies, infections or endocrine disease. Your best option is to have Sakthi examined by the veterinarian to determine the underlying cause and receive appropriate treatment. At home you may try feeding a diet aimed at skin health such as Royal Canin. Supplementing with an additional omega-3 fatty acid supplement for pets may also help. However, until the cause of the hair loss is addressed it may continue. I hope this helps.
