My chinchilla was bloated for 4 days. Is a vet visit still necessary?

Ella is a chinchilla, after my research I believe she has boat/is bloated. Its been about 4 days and she is getting better. Should I stillbe taking her to the vet for a more in-depth check or do you think she will be ok if we continue to watch her at home? Any information you can share would be lovely

Thanks for reaching out about Ella. If she is not 100% normal, after 4 days of problems, you should seek a veterinary visit, especially since the weekend is approaching. Bloat just doesn't happen as is secondary to a primary problem. Good luck.
