Can osteosarcoma in a canine be so aggressive that it devours the bones of which it has infected?

Unfortunately osteosarcoma is a very aggressive canine cancer. It does break down the bone and this can result in a pathologic fracture. The cancer is also very painful. I hope this helps provide the needed information.
