Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 12 years and 7 months old | 60 lbs
Our dog is 12 years old and has pretty much lost her vision in both eyes. It looks milky and she has been running into things a lot more lately. She also seems a little thinner than usual but her weight is the same. Any suggestions on food we should be feeding her or something to help her eyes? Anything we can do to help her navigate the world a bit easier? She is a senior dog and we are wanting suggestions for senior dog food as well. Thanks!

Blind pets tend to do well and can still have a good quality of life. Here is a link with some helpful tips: https://www.petcoach.co/article/living-with-a-blind-dog-helpful-tips/ There is also a special harness that dogs can wear with can help them avoid running into walls. Yo may try to find one for purchase or construction. There is not a supplement that will help Oliver to regain his vision. If he has cataracts, there is an option for surgery (just so you know). It is important to feed a high quality senior dog food such as Royal Canin or Science Diet. If you are noticing a change in his body condition, I recommend to have him examined by the veterinarian to have him checked for kidney or endocrine diseases which can change the body. It's best to catch these conditions early. I hope this helps.
