It's actually a medical emergency when cats won't eat, as they go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. Perry is reaching that point if she has not eaten in a few days. You need to take her into a vet immediately.

This is very serious, and Masha has to see a vet now. When a cat doesn't eat going on 72 hours, they will develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. She is approaching that time. Take her into an ER vet immediately.

Poor Smudge. It's actually quite serious that she won't eat. If a cat goes long enough without eating, they develop a fatty liver. A fatty liver is fatal without treatment. Please take her into the vet first thing in the morning. Best of luck.
