My cat ate grass, vomited, and won't eat. Should I go to the vet?

I have a cat and she ate grass form last 2 days and today she did vomate after that she is not eating anything now what should i do. Pet's info: Cat | Feral | Female | 5 months and 17 days old

It's actually a medical emergency when cats won't eat, as they go long enough without eating, they will develop a fatty liver which is fatal without treatment. Perry is reaching that point if she has not eaten in a few days. You need to take her into a vet immediately.
