Puppy's tummy is swollen. How do I know if it's worms or fluid?

Hello! How too know that what is in the tummy of puppy ? Fluid or warms?? My puppys tummy is swallowed

Even if he is active and happy and otherwise doing well (eating, drinking normally, energetic) it would be best to take him to a veterinarian. Take a stool sample in with you so your vet can do a test on the stool under the microscope looking for parasites or worm eggs, and then they will know what dewormer he needs. You can try using an over the counter dewormer as long as he is otherwise acting normally, but it won't cover all types of parasites. If he is acting sick at all, please take him in to your vet. Its impossible to tell from the photos if he has worms, or if the swollen belly is from fluid, or some other issue such as a big liver, etc. This is another reason to take him to your vet for a thorough checkup.
