My dog has missing hair above her eye. Should I be worried?

Small patch of hair missing from above her eye, she sometimes gets into the cat box and tries to eat the kitty litter and poop. I only noticed it today but I’m not sure how long it’s been there. She hasn’t been acting strangely, still eating normal. No major itching in the area of missing hair either. What could this be! Should I be worried? Without a photo it would be hard to say. Irritation from rubbing, minor allergies, etc can all be potential causes. If the area becomes bothersome, doesn't heal, changes in size or shape, becomes red, or oozes debris, then it should be checked out by your vet.
