My dog keeps throwing up but acts normal. When should I see a vet?

My dog has vomited 6 times today. She seems to have kept down breakfast followed by 4 bouts of vomiting bile/foam through out the day, then after a treat, again after a bland dinner of rice/chicken (over an hr after). Shes drinking and acting normally, interested in food, gums normal color. Not sure about poop. Shes not the type to eat nonfoods. Early this morning I did notice her stomach gurgling. If its physiological, is it common to show no other symptoms? Is this considered an emergency? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Female | spayed | 9 years and 1 month old | 75 lbs

I'm concerned by how much Shylow is vomiting, and it sounds like she isn't keeping down food. If she did have a GI illness, yes she could show no other signs. I think she should see a vet first thing in the morning. Best of luck.
