What to do when you find a sick stray cat and can't get to a vet?

This kitty came to my house few hours ago. She seems to be physically unwell, when I found her she was shaking and drooling and she's incredibly thin.. it's past midnight so I can't do much now, I gave her some cat food and a box with pillow outside. I'm also 17 so I can't really drive her to a vet. Is there anyone I can call? What shall I do?

Oh no, this poor kitty! She really does need to see a vet first thing in the morning. Keep her indoors and warm, offering her food and water. Have your parents take her into a vet immediately in the morning.
