My Chihuahua's labor stalled for hours. When should I see a vet?

Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 6 lbs

This is my Chihuahuas third litter the first puppy came out and was dead the second one came out and is fine but I'm pretty sure she has more in her it's been about five hours since the first one was born the second one came out 2 hours after the first one

Hello. After 5 hours, it is time to see your veterinarian for an x-ray or ultrasound to see if & how many puppies remain in her. You vet may elect to just watch for another 24 hours, especially if Angel seems content with her newborn, & there are no distressed fetal heartbeats. Otherwise, it might be time to intervene, first with trying Oxytocin to initiate uterine contractions , or take her immediately to surgery.
