Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | neutered | 10 months and 25 days old | 39 lbs
My dog is barking his head off towards every sort of stimuli. Being a Border Collie, he’s highly reactive however it becomes a nuisance sometimes. He barks excessively at the neighbour’s dog, barks at me for (positively) reprimanding his behaviour, barks at passing people, barks at every dog he sees. I mentally and physically exhaust him everyday and even then I went out and purchased a bark collar for him. None of these techniques work! I have done as much research as I could but nothing helps!

You really need to consult a professional dog trainer. I suggest a company called Bark Busters. If they don't have a trainer in your area maybe they can recommend one to you. ( https://www.barkbusters.com.au/dog-training-mackay )
