Bumps on the skin generally indicate an infection. While infections can be a one time thing, they can also indicate underlying allergies or a thyroid condition. It sounds like these bumps on Kentucky are spread all over his body. I recommend to have him examined by the veterinarian to be treated for the infection. Although it will not address the bumps, supplementing Kentucky with an omega-3 fatty acid supplement for cats can help improve skin health. Best of luck.
