My dog as I've come to find out after our vet visit is very nervous and scared of being outside And being around people...even walks are a challenge for us the vet recommended i put her on medicine but she's so young and she didnt give me any other options i was wondering if someone on here can possibly help me with a better idea i really don't wanna have to medicate her because of this problem.

What a cute puppy! I would recommend asking your vet for recommendations for a good trainer or veterinary behaviorist in your area who can work on helping you to socialize your puppy to make her more comfortable in these situations. It may take some work on your part but the pay off will be worth the effort.
