Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Male | neutered | 1 year and 2 months old
Hi, I’m a little worried about my cat, his ears are a little hotter than usual, and I’m not sure if that’s normal? Also for the past three days every time I’ve drawn with sharpies he goes mad and if I’ve pinned them to the wall he tares them down and rubs himself on them, is it dangerous for him?

Sometimes cats get very interested in certain smells/items, much like the would with catnip. It would be best to not let your cat lick or rub up against the sharpie ink as it may contain chemicals that would make Monster ill. Moving him to another well-ventilated room and distracting him with an appropriate toy is best. Ears can get warmer as the weather changes and the blood vessels dilate to help with cooling. If there aren't any other signs of illness or redness/swelling I wouldn't be concerned, but if you do notice any signs of illness, a vet check in person is always best.
