Can I add cooked mashed vegetables to my cat's food to mask taste?

Is it possible doctor, to cook the zucchini , carrots, and beans then cook and mash together and put them in the usual cat fare to mask the taste? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | spayed | 4 years and 10 months old | 14 lbs

Cute kitty!! Yes, it is fine to cook zucchini, carrots, and beans and mash them together and add it to the regular cat food, however, I don't know that your kitty will like the taste.
