My dog has mysterious bumps after being outside. Should I worry?

My pet has been outside a lot. (Hiking, running, frisbee) he now has these mysterious bumps. Do these bumps look like anything serious, and should I take him to the vet?

Yes, they look a bit strange from the photos. I think you should have your vet check them out. Could be an allergic reaction to something or an infection (bacterial, yeast, fungus) or even just an injury. Best to have a vet check it in person.
