My dog is dry heaving but acting normal. Could it be bloat?

Hello, I've been noticing my dog has been trying to puke several times and nothing has comes out, it might be gastric torsion but he's acting very normal for the past three days and he's still strong as ever, he's eating well and still very energetic, I also see no bloats in his belly but I can't keep wondering if this is just the start of gastric torsion. Have any idea what's happening here and any advice on how to get him fine again, please?

Hi, normally gastric torsion is an acute and if it had lasted 3 days it would have determined Chuchu’s to pass away. If the unproductive retching has only just started I would recommend to have him checked over.
