My Shih Tzu is 62 days pregnant. Is a hard tummy normal or concerning?

My shih tzu coco who is 2 years old could be pregnant shes showing a little of discharge but tummy feels slightly hard she has been abit shakey also, I worked the dates out she is around 62 days? Is it okay for tummy to be hard? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 7 lbs

62 days is around the time of whelping for a dog, so if she is showing signs of early labor it could be related, however if the discharge is an odd color, she seems very ill or in distress, doesn't go into labor, or becomes very weak or lethargic, I would be concerned there is something else ongoing which should be seen by a vet in person ASAP.
