My dog has diarrhea and accidents after flying. Is it stress?

My dogs stool seems to me a little watery. She has had a few ‘accidents’, like pictured, from where we were either sleeping, or not home. We haven’t made any changes to food, but we did just fly from NC to Texas. She was in my lap the entire time though. Is this something we should be concerned about? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 6 years and 2 months old | 9.6 lbs

Probably just stress colitis from the trip. I would not be overly worried. I suggest you get her a probiotic to take for a week or so - one made for dogs, not humans. You can buy it at any large pet store like Petco.
