My dog was shivering with no eating on Tuesday but stools were ok. Vet did exam and didn’t seem to have any issue. Nothing prescribed. Blood exams came back normal she has diarrhea since yesterday Friday , today she is vomiting and even though she tries She doesn’t poop anymore. Her stomach might be empty. What can I give her? I would recommend that Leia go back to the vet for evaluation since her symptoms have been slowly progressing. There aren't any OTC medications I would recommend at this time since we don't know what is causing it to happen. She may not have bowel movements either due to the lack of food in her GI tract or simply from having diarrhea. You can offer bland human foods like boiled white chicken breast or cooked white rice.
