My cat is acting weird, meowing in pain, and scratching a lot.

Question

My cat, Baby, has in addition to tape worms (I think), has been acting VERY weird. She's making these weird meows like she's in pain & when I pet her after, she seems fine. She's also been scratching way MORE than usual (for her). Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Mediumhair | Female | spayed | 12 years and 2 months old | 15 lbs

It could be Baby is in pain, or she may be feeling sick. The scratching could be due to fleas, mites, or allergies. I'd have her seen by a vet on Monday. The vet can diagnose what is going on with her, and can treat her.
