Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 3 years and 3 months old | 9 lbs
I’ve noticed that my cat hasn’t been eating how she regularly do for the past 3 days. We thought at first that maybe she just doesn’t like the food being out for so long in her bowl because she has an attitude but just today we’ve noticed little worm looking parasites in her water bowl and perhaps she drank that water and that’s what has her not eating. She’s never been sick before and she’s not really acting as if she’s sick but she’s really just not eating much. She is about 3 years

I would get her in to see your vet as soon as possible. It is vital that cats eat because after only a few days of not eating they can suffer liver damage. Take the worms too to see if they can identify them. Your vet will do an exam and labwork and based on these results will be better able to tell you what is wrong and how best to treat it.
