My puppy has a rash, red eyes, and wounds. Is it her dog food?

Pet's info: Dog | American Bully | Female | 4 months and 6 days old | 25 lbs

I recently a tri-colored American Bully and when I got there she was eating Diamond dog food but I can find it the first month I got her so I got us some Kibbles and bits well after that which was this month I decided to go back to her Diamond dog food that she was used to so I found it in stores bought it for her and ever since like her eyes start getting red and she got a little rash on her belly and now there's like two little wounds on her one below her neck on her back and the other on ear

It could be related to the food, but food allergies are uncommon in puppies this young. Food intolerance is usually characterized by vomiting and/or diarrhea. I would recommend that you have Doja's skin checked out by the vet to see what could be going on. Pyoderma/skin infection and parasites would be common causes for lesions such as you described.
