My dog won't eat, has diarrhea, fever, shivering. What's wrong?

i have a Labrador 4 years old she hasn't been eating for past 7 days not even her favorite snack, I went to a vet the medicine didn't work at all , now she having serious lose motion and high temperature and shivering a lot, kindly help and please let me know. Pet's info: Dog | Golden Labrador | Female | unspayed | 4 years and 6 months old | 80 lbs

A dog not eating for 7 days is a huge problem. I would be worried about an intestinal obstruction, a toxicity or some type of problem with the liver or kidneys. The vet needs to do some blood testing and x-rays. You need to get her back to the vet. You can't fix this at home.
