Will benzoyl peroxide shampoo help puppy mange recovery with Nexgard?

Is it safe to wash my 5mth old vizsla pup with benzoyl peroxide shampoo even though she has already taken nexgard against her demodectic mange? Will it speed up her recovery? Are there side effects? Thx

Benzoyl peroxide shampoo is PERFECT for this!! Yes, use it!. Lather it, let it sit for 10 minutes and then rinse. The contact time is VERY important. You can actually bather her this way every 3-4 days. It it will help to flush the mites out of the hair follicles where they live. Will definitely speed up recovery. No side effects. Glad she is on the Nexguard too! Hope this helps. Best wishes.
