My dog isn't eating. What should I do about her poor appetite?

I have an Indian pariah breed bitch..Her age is 4-5 years..She is not taking her diet properly from some days(approx 15-20 days) she hardly takes 2 times full meal during this period...Often eat only 1 time full meal and light food like milk with one chapati in a day....I am very concerned over this situation.. please suggest what to do? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female
