My dog has a hard, stiff lump on their neck. What should I do?

It is hard to tell from the photos but if it is diffuse swelling and not actually a lump/mass then it is likely from trauma of some sort. You can ice the swelling for 5 minutes 2-3 times per day for the next 2-3 days (if she will let you). If it is causing her pain or the swelling doesn't go down in about 2-3 days then she needs to see a vet.
